Rebrand in 2017, Incentive Tec’s maintenance and project engineering experience extends over 30 years, and now has an annual turnover in excess of £28m. The recent acquisition of Western Electrical Services in September 2017 has further enhanced the service offering and UK coverage, increasing our electrical contracting strength and also bringing with it self-delivered, in-house competence in Fire Systems and Access Control.

The combined business operates from four regional offices in Kings Langley, Derby, Weston Super Mare and Basildon with all operational and office-based teams full integrated on one CAFM platform.

The company currently employs more than 170 multi-disciplined engineers operating on a 24/7, 365 basis. Providing mobile, resident and project engineers throughout the UK, Incentive Tec offers a comprehensive range of building services maintenance and project management capability tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients whilst continuing to operate as a ‘family’ business, retaining the values and service levels that have been the foundations of an excellent reputation
