As Service Director, Liz is responsible of the strategic development and management of Incentive Tec’s maintenance and service offering. Her extensive background and expertise in Customer Service ensures a service delivery for each customer account that exceeds expectations and positions Incentive Tec as the maintenance contractor of choice.
She is accountable for the identification, development and maintenance of close relationships with all key stakeholders whilst monitoring and assessing KPI and SLA performance to promote service excellence.Team development and engagement are pivotal to the success of the business.
Liz plays an instrumental role in empowering and leading the team to achieve their full potential, whilst having fun along the way. She is focused on raising the profile of Incentive Tec through networking, conferences, public speaking events, National awards, client and prospect communications and staff coaching.
